Paine Schwartz Partners, a private equity firm specialising in sustainable food chain investing, has announced the acquisition of Promix LLC, a high-growth brand offering protein mixes, nutritional supplements, vitamins, and low-sugar/high-protein bars. Founded in 2014, Promix is headquartered in Gainesville, Florida, and focuses on high-quality, clean ingredient nutritional products that are free from artificial additives, fillers, and common allergens.

The company’s key products include prebiotic and probiotic supplements, protein powders, bars, electrolytes, collagen, and creatine, sold through direct-to-consumer channels, Amazon, and small wholesalers.
