With 20+ years of experience in investing, advising, and operating tech and Ecommerce businesses, we founded Clear Value to provide founders and owners of Australian Ecommerce companies the services we wish we had access to throughout our careers.
Our mission is to make it simple for founders and owners to realise life changing value. We do this by working together to plan, prepare and manage a first-class exit.

Keven Chen
TEAM LEAD
Keven is a graduate from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws & Bachelor of Commerce (Finance). Prior to Clear Value, Keven worked as a management consultant and has advised a variety of large private and public sector clients in strategy and transformation. He is skilled in financial modelling, data analysis, deal structuring and advisory.

CO-FOUNDER
James’ career has been focussed on working with public and private technology and ecommerce companies. James is a co-founder at Clear Value and CEO and co-founder at FounderCo. James’ track record includes helping founders across M&A, trade-sale and private equity exits, IPOs, venture capital and corporate development. He has sector experience across software (SaaS and on-premise), IT services, ecommerce, marketplaces, media, marketing and games.

Ari Klinger
CO-FOUNDER
Ari has helped create value for founders as a board member, advisor and investor. Ari is a founder and investor at Clear Value, No Brand Holdings, and Right Click Capital. Ari has assisted a range of companies including Hipages, Mwave, HotDoc, Practice Ignition and ListedReserve. Ari previously founded iMega acquired by Enero Group, Online Marketing Group (OMG) acquired by Fairfax Media and Spring.me acquired by IAC/Match.

Curtis Minasian
ANALYST
Curtis is a graduate from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws & Bachelor of Commerce (Finance). Curtis’ experience spans across five years of venture capital investing, as well as working hand in hand with founders to help grow the value of their equity and work towards an exit. His core skills include complex data analysis, modelling, deal sourcing and execution.
