Founded in 2018, Otis was New Zealand’s first commercial oat milk brand and developed a plant-based milk facility in Auckland. Meanwhile, All Good, established 15 years ago, entered the oat milk market in 2019 and has been a key player in Fairtrade organic bananas. Despite the merger, Otis and All Good will continue operating under their respective brand identities as part of a 'house of brands' strategy.

Good & Humble will combine Otis’s on-farm provenance and enzyme technology expertise with All Good’s strengths in export sales and distribution. Otis will focus on oat milk innovations featuring South Island-grown oats, while All Good will expand its product range and grow customer value.

The merger reflects a shared commitment to sustainability, local impact, and support for growers. Otis co-founder Chris Wilkie emphasised the benefits of pooling resources, saying, “As one entity, our teams will benefit from shared experiences, deepened knowledge, and more diverse skills. We are playing against billion-dollar multinational brands; uniting with All Good means we can play smarter and harder. Our NPD engine will be market-leading.”

Faye MacGregor, General Manager of All Good, echoed these sentiments, highlighting the strengthened foundation to advance their shared mission of sustainability and local impact. Good & Humble plans to expand distribution and export opportunities, especially in Southeast Asia, positioning itself as a benchmark for oat milk quality and innovation.
